Building Division

The City Canal Winchester Building Division is dedicated to ensuring public health, welfare and safety through the adoption of mandatory state construction codes and local zoning and development standards. The building division, under the auspice of these codes, will review plans for code compliance, issue a permit to build and provide on-site inspections to ensure conformity with approved plans. Our staff maintains state required certifications to ensure we provide competent, responsive and timely service.
