    Canal Winchester Community Center Presents Healthy Community Series: Hatha Yoga
    Hatha Yoga improves and maintains strength, flexibility, range of motion, and promotes relaxation. It is non-competitive and participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. "Chair Yoga" modifications will be demonstrated for those who prefer.

    Open to adults of any gender, size, shape, and level of ability. Classes taught by Kathy Esson, certified instructor.

    2018 Canal Winchester Memorial Day Ceremonies will be held on May 28th at 10:30 a.m. at Union Grove Cemetery (400 Winchester Cemetery Rd.). The ceremony will feature keynote speaker Dr. Dana Street, a US Navy Veteran of Desert Storm.
