Canal Winchester Presents: 'Music in the Park' Free Summer Concert June 21

Canal Winchester, OH – Canal Winchester’s free summer concert series, Music in the Park, kicks off on Friday, June 21 with exciting family-friendly activities and live music at Stradley Park from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

June’s Music in the Park concert will feature a display of tractors and farm equipment, a small farmers’ market, hands-on activities for kids of all ages, and classic country entertainment by Jack Fox & the County Line Band.

On July 19, the Music in the Park concert series will conclude with popular classic rock favorites from the Gas Pump Jockeys and the 12th annual Cruise-In Car Show, hosted by C-Town Cruisers.

Music in the Park is part of the city’s community-focused lineup of family-friendly summer events at Stradley Park.  The City, in cooperation with Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District, will host two free outdoor summer movies at Stradley Park on July 12 and August 9. Movies in the Park will begin when the sun goes down, at about 9:00 p.m. Spider Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) Rated PG, will be shown on July 12 and How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (2019) Rated PG, will be shown on August 9. 

Picnics are welcome at all Music in the Park and Movies in the Park summer events.  For comfort and seating, attendees are encouraged to bring portable chairs or blankets.
