Tenby Partners is planning a new 210,000 square feet speculative industrial building on the corner of Diley Road and Busey Road in the Canal Pointe Industry and Commerce Park. This building will have a 15 year, 100% property tax exemption and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2023. It provides a superior location for flex office/warehouse users and manufacturers with great access to transportation and workforce from the US 33 corridor.
Canal Point Expansion
Molto Properties recently received approval to expand the Canal Pointe Industry & Commerce Park to the west on a 96-acre site. The extension of Robinett Way will provide access to two new speculative industrial buildings. A 374,476 square feet building and a larger 464,588 cross dock industrial building. These buildings can accommodate up to 6 new tenants and will allow the City to continue to attract new companies to the Fairfield 33 corridor.
Tenby Partners recently completed a new 150,000 square feet industrial building on Winchester Boulevard. Walgreens has leased 71,000 square feet and will invest more than $30,000,000 to create a regional pharmacy fulfillment center employing more than 200 at the site. 79,000 square feet remains available to accommodate growing flex office/ warehouse users and light manufacturers.
Waterloo Two is a new mixed-use building that was recently approved for construction at 29-33 West Waterloo Street. This building features 3,750 square feet of retail/restaurant space on the first floor with 8 apartments above. It compliments the recently completed Waterloo One project that is directly across the street that is home to Local Cantina and 14 apartments. This project is scheduled for completion in late 2022 in will be a great addition to the historic core of Canal Winchester and extend the commercial corridor on West Waterloo Street.
